Flavour: Salty, Sweetness and light oiliness

CHA THAI

Cha-Thai is made of Mekhong and Thai tea, both of which reflect the essence of Thainess. The aromatic tea pairs well with Pad Thai and Pad Si-ew noodles, which exudes the scent of ground peanuts.

Ingredients

1 part	Mekhong
3 parts	Thai tea (Black tea*)
Few drops of simple syrup (to taste)

Method

Mix Mekhong and Thai tea in a mixing glass. Add simple syrup for softly touch of sweet. Add crushed ice to a long drink glass then pour Mekhong Cha-Thai over ice.

Garnish: Lime wheel or wedge
*Thai Tea brand called ‘Hand Brand’ is recommended to bring out the authenticity of Thai tea flavor.
