Blue Elephant serves Thai cuisine at its many international locations. The restaurant first launched in Brussels, Belgium, decades ago, followed by a branch in London, UK, and subsequently two other branches in Bangkok and Phuket. Though each branch is far from one another, they are all decorated in the same conceptual styles, with ambience and taste that reflect an excellent re-creation of traditional Thai culture. The uniqueness of Thai cuisine is demonstrated by a mix of signature flavors: sour, sweet, salty, and spicy. These flavors are paired with a premium Thai spirit, Mekhong, made from local ingredients such as sugarcane molasses, glutinous broken rice and a mix of herbs. Both branches are a food connoisseur’s delight – they simply should not to be missed.
