MEKHONG THAI SABAI

A combination of Thai spirits, such as Mekhong, and ingredients that have clear hints of citrus, ginger, vanilla, and Thai herbs.


Ingredients

45 ml. Mekhong
25 ml. Fresh lime juice
20 ml. Sugar syrup
4-8 of Thai sweet basil leaves
Splash of soda

Method

Slap & tear basil leaves then drop into the shaker. Pour Mekhong and ingredients into the shaker, shake well with ice cubes. Pour and double strain into rock glass over ice with a splash of soda.

Garnish: Thai sweet basil sprig and lime wedge.
