Siam Sparking features Mekhong and sparkling wine; here, the sizzle of the wine brings out the herbal hints of Mekhong. It can be augmented with the addition of lychee meat, making it an ideal pairing with fried foods.


Ingredients

20 ml. Mekhong
20 ml. Lychee liqueur
1 Cube of sugar
A dash of lemon bitter
Fill up with Prosecco

Method

Add Mekhong and Lychee liqueur to a chilled Champagne glass. Fill up with Prosecco (preferred). Dash bitter to a sugar cube then drop into the glass.
