MEKHONG ESSENCE

The use of Thai herbs in cocktails helps amplify the flavours and smokiness of the dishes in this category. Cocktails can have either clear or dense bodies, as grilled dishes are generally not too heavy.


Ingredients

1 part Mekhong
3 parts Coconut juice
Few drops of simple syrup (to taste)

Method

Mix Mekhong and coconut juice in mixing glass. Gently stir with ice cubes. Add simple syrup for more body and soft touch of sweet.

Serving: Can be served with champagne glass without ice or rock glass with ice cubes.
